Ter autoconhecimento \u00e9 fundamental na nossa vida. Aprenda como respeitar as suas limita\u00e7\u00f5es.\nEssa foi a segunda vez que eu andei de helic\u00f3ptero na minha vida. A primeira vez que eu fiz um passeio de helic\u00f3ptero foi no Rio de Janeiro em 2015. Muitos anos atr\u00e1s!\nMe mudei para os Estados Unidos em 2008, mas nunca tinha feito um passeio desse. Minha amiga Eve, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 super aventureira, me chamou para curtimos o meu \u00faltimo dia no Brasil fazendo um passeio. Ent\u00e3o combinamos de sobrevoar pelo Rio de Janeiro.\nFoi lindo, n\u00f3s amamos a experi\u00eancia. \u00c9 incr\u00edvel ver toda a cidade l\u00e1 de cima. N\u00e3o gravava tanto v\u00eddeos nessa \u00e9poca e literalmente descobri que a Eve fez vlog do passeio escrevendo para site quando fui procurar no canal dela. Assisti o v\u00eddeo pela primeira vez depois de 8 anos. Fiquei at\u00e9 emocionada vendo as imagens e o quanto recebo carinho da minha amiga. Evelyn querendo me matar pelo meu atraso, mas trouxe biscoito fitness \u00a0porque eu estava com fome. I had courage after 8 years of my first experience. Now the tour was in New York with my friend Lisa.<\/p>\n

One cool tip I wanted to share was to add the car service option to FlyNYON flights if you don't have a car and don't want to take public transportation.<\/p>\n

They will arrange a car service to ensure you arrive on time and ensure you take off.<\/p>\n

If you are driving yourself: Use GPS address: 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ.<\/p>\n

If you want to use public transportation, take the NJ Path train to Journal Square in Jersey City OR NJ Transit to Newark Penn Station, then take an Uber or taxi to the heliport. To be easier, it is recommended to download Uber before arriving at the heliport.<\/p>\n

Do not do this type of tour if you are afraid.<\/p>\n

I often say that people have lost common sense and no longer have limits. Unfortunately, it is true for many people. This idea applies to this example of the helicopter ride as it does to other things in our lives.<\/p>\n

Although some personal boundaries can be difficult to navigate. We need to define and know how to communicate in regards to our limits because it is essential for our physical and mental health, well-being and even our safety.<\/p>\n
